Mental health impacts all of us - whether it’s something we’ve faced personally or through someone we know and care about. That’s why we’re creating a space to simply talk about it.
During Mental Health Awareness Month this May, we’re hosting a group focused on bringing light to the topic of mental health. Each week we’ll watch a short video featuring real stories and experiences, followed by group discussion. It’s not about having all the answers - it’s about having the conversation.
If you're interested in understanding more about mental health, reducing stigma, and hearing from others in a respectful, supportive environment, this is for you.
